Your Review:: I’ve seen many friends and foes go down in flames with the bit of the Viper. The typical response after a drop on a chip is “What do I do to make it stop burning” . My patented answer is to gargle with tequila to cut the pepper oil (bottle is already on table). At first, just a burning sensation, about 15 minutes later, I was buckled over on the ground rolling in pain. By far, the worse (and dumbest) thing I have ever done. This is the best sauce I've tasted yet. Lots of flavor yet hot enough to light your day.
Ive made money off this stuff... 50 bucks a pop... one SMALL spoonful... No water for 5 minutes... If you can do it... You get the dough. (Guys on construction sites think they are big stuff.) Its great to watch them burn... I had a Mexican Fella put some on his chicken wings once... It was quite interesting. 20 drops of this lights my FANTABULOUS Chili on fire.
So... I think its quite warm... Not too hot... very flavorful and Beat's Dave's hands down due to the amount of oil in Dave's Sauces.
Great Flavor, Great Heat.
Should be a favorite for all habanero munchers.

It all started when my friend, Jason tried 4 drops on a burrito. He was burning. Since I had outdone him in so many other things like cat food and bait eating, I thought that I could beat him, I took 5 drops on a piece of printer paper, I ended up eating half the piece of paper before my friends took it away. after that, I realized that you cant stop that burn. He wanted to beat me, so he was about to take 6 drops but my other friend, Doug, wanted to beat Jason at the same time so he put on 7, jason put on 7, doug put on 8, jason put on 8, it increased until doug had 13 and jason had 12, they took it, they burned...
Another friend, byron, wanted to outdo doug, so he took 14 drops! He burned and puked...

A week later:
Not to be outdone by byron, I took 15 drops...in a peperchini. while I was still burning, i took another drop on an almond and another straight to my tongue. I was fine...on the outside, but on the inside i was screaming. Another friend, Nick, went insane, he licked 25 drops off of a paper plate. He puked. The next morning, I took 26 drops on some cookie dough, I puked.

This is actually one of the best tasing sauces, and it's quite hot too.

It's not the hottest sauce in the world, but can definitely hold it's own against many sauces.

I'd say it's right around the same heat level as Dave's Private Reserve.

You also get quite a bit for a rather reasonable price. 5 ounces for about 6 or 7 bucks.

Vicious Viper lives up to it's name! When I got it, I tried a small drop on a chip and thought to myself, "not bad...hot, but it tastes good...pretty warm, but good." Then, I tried a larger drop on a second chip, and thought, "it has a pretty good flavor, and some heat too, but not as bad as I thought it would be...". Everything was still in control until I tried my third, and much larger drop, about the size of a nickel. "hhmmm...seems a bit hotter now. Still tastes good, but damn, it is hotter than before!". Vicious Viper bridges the gap between "hot food sensation" to plain ol' pain pretty quick. I am a die hard "chile-head" and have grown used to hot food, but I gave a small drop (tiny really) to someone here in the office, and they coughed, gagged and bent over double as they ran for water! Tears welled up in her eyes as she choked down drink after drink and kept screaming, "OH MY GOD THAT IS HOTTTTT!". Chile-heads will love it, "regular" people should stick to Pace Picante Sauce though...Be warned, 3 drops will warm your gut like a belt of rot gut whiskey and makes sweat break out on your lip. - Adam J.

This sauce is a real time bomb. Of course, first thing I did after buying the sauce is to put one drop in a spoon and flip the spoon on my tongue. "Not too bad. I can handle this". 10 seconds later, I was rushing for bread, milk & yogurt. It deserves Respect.

However, it's perfect to add kick to whimpy salsas. 1-3 drops per serving, too little to change the taste, enough to make you cry. This sauce is pure heat.

I'm still trying to get my roommate to try a drop by itself... heh - Ben

Take the "one drop" message on the label seriously. I didn't the first time I used it (this was the first product I tried from firegirl and all previous products were wimpy, no matter what the label said) and the soup was almost too hot to eat. I finished it, but I've never used more than 2 drops ever since. - Anita

I just got the Viper today and let me tell ya that this is some smokin stuff......tried just a dab on the old tongue and I new that i wasn't in DisneyWorld.....Bringing it to work in the morning for a friend of mine that eats habs. and sb's like candy......if he can hack the snakebite than he be the man....looking forward to adding a drop or two to some Chili or soup.....SMOKIN - McMennamin

I have never ever had hotter.
This product is so hot, I know only use it as a gag to my frinds who complain that they can't find a hot sauce that has kick...3 drops max!!!

Man this is hell in a bottle one quarter of a drop makes your chilli as hot as hell. This is a must for chillie heads evrywhere buy it now if you want true heat and flavor.

I picked up a bottle of this while refilling my regular supplies (dave's, batch #???, ETC) Anyways, it has a very good flavor that that lingers about 5 seconds before the heat hits you (like a raw Haberero).... Worth a look - Brian
